I mean she is selfish, but I don't see that here at all. He basically said she looked like a man when he did not have to. Someone being in the closet because society sucks isn't an excuse to intentionally lie to someone and waste their time. Most gay men who have done this to a woman before have the decency to at least be remorseful that they intentionally lied to their previous partner and wasted their time for other people's approval. And her calling her "aggressive" just for pointing it out is just straight up manipulative.
