Not me literally pausing the video to cry when you say that just keeping my own garden green is enough. I have a hard time accepting that doing that is enough- so much more needs to be done. But I have to let go of the ego that says "if I don't do it, who will?" That got trained in hard as a parentified kid- the no-one is coming to help, if it's getting done you better do it, hyper independence. I know this is no longer true, no longer serves, and I'm trying to learn to let go. Reminders like this are So important. Thank you!

I did retreat from May until just now the only people I have seen outside of work have been my daughter, son, girlfriend, her daughter and son, and my physiotherapist I have been healing via tarot, reiki, readings and manifestation videos and actions
