Step 1 (Windows Troublehhooter) found (and corrected) a problem with Windows Update, but no luck downloading 22H2. Step 2 (sfc /scannow) was clean but still no luck downloading 22H2 Step 3 (Download Windows 10 Disk Image (ISO File) did the trick!!! Finally after days of frustration, this worked -- took a while, but I'm now running 22H2. Much appreciated!!

@@RakibulIslam-of1kq Aik virus file download karney ki waja se system settings corrupt hui jis ki waja se window update nahin ho rahi. Troubleshoot karne pr thumbnail mein aik error aata hai, khatam nahin hota troubleshoot karne se. Is error ko fix karne k 4 methods hein, main abhi 3 method kr raha hun cmd wala.

Hello sir jab maine windows update properties ko open kiya toh woh disabled tha and jab maine use automatic kia and apply kiya to uska status stopped hi dikha rha tha and jab ok kiya toh ek pop-up khula ⚠️Windows could not start the windows update service on local computer Error 1058: The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.
