*yawn* so this is definitely a sleep aid fr? Super effective! Comfort and reassurance and cuddles and kisses and heartbeat, it's perfect! Incidentally, the reason we find heartbeats soothing is because of fetal development, the sound of the heartbeat is loud and we sleep too it for, like... 9 months? Not all of which we can hear but still, pretty good start. And then once we're born, being able to hear a heartbeat means we're snuggled up next to someone's chest, safe and sound, so basically it's maximum comfort vibes! Works on babies, puppies, kittens... i rescued a nest of baby squirrels once and used it for them too. (Also a good way to get their body temp up in a pinch, so win/win) Oh, and focusing on someone else's heartbeat and breathing is a good tool for calming down, now that i think about it, which means it's extra great after a nightmare... and there's the serotonin and oxytocin boosts from cuddles... yeah, no wonder this audio worked so well 💤💤💜💜💜

A perfect audio doesn't exis - nvm, found it! The fact the speaker reassured the listener that their nightmare wasn't ridiculous but instead was valid was the bestest best! Oh, this was such a sweet audio! And I completely understand listener liking the sound of their partner's heartbeat, it makes for comfy snuggies 👍. Oooh, the listener is gonna be sleeping well💛. Proposing they go to the place where they had their first date is so goals 💯, I loved that bit!! Wolf, you really know your audience, don't you? This one is def going on my playlist💛!! It was so cute, sweet, and wholesome! Suggesting they go back to the place where they had their first date was a nice touch. It goes without saying (but I'll say it anyway lol) that I loved the ✨heartbeat✨ sfx and that you let it go on for the remainder of the audio on its own👍. Totally identified with the listener on the bit about them liking to listen to the speaker's heartbeat haha😅. Anyway, this seemed to have everything. It was sweet, wholesome, and adorable, it was cozy (I mean, it had heartbeat and everything) and calming, and the reassurances at the beginning were 💯.
