Coach Craig Kenneth, I don't even have words about how much I appreciate you and Margarete. I learned sooo much! I am ok now, but still watching your videos and I am recomanding to all my friends. One of them became very involved in the work with herself watching you every day and I am so happy that she is doing that. Thank you, thank you! You are both great humans. ❤

15:00 I can attest to her story because it's mine. I was placed in a home for children who had medical needs after birth, (my birth parents had been arrested prior to this point.) Mine was in regards to my ears which required me to having tubes placed in my ears to aid with my hearing, which luckily was minor and resolved, though because I was a lesser severe case I was left alone in the crib quite often. This led to me performing a rocking motion of my own to substitute being cradled or held in a mother's arms. Even after I was adopted at age of two, I had grown so accustomed to the self-rocking method that being held felt weird and strange, especially by strangers whom even at a young age I knew were not my parents. So when it came to the relationship stage I was already inwardly suffering from an inner traumatic experience from my youth that I was overly enthused into wanting to be accepted. After a minor set back in a really special connection I made with someone. This channel and others have been helping me to cope and to re-align and re-apply things in my life. Thank you so much for your channel's content.

My five-year Fearful-Avoidant Ex contacted me after I did a year of strict no contact after she ended the relationship suddenly on Christmas Eve 2016. There must’ve been a disturbance in the Force.🧐 We’ve been together two months now. She said she thought of me every day and wondered why I didn’t contact her. She said she dreamt about me many times too. It’s going well. She did a bunch of inner work during the entire year. That surprised me.

Can't tell you how happy I am for you Andre. I'm just starting on the painful journey. Mary left on Feb 1, 2018. I gave her some money that morning for the hair shop, she never came back home. Now she lives in the SF Bay Area with her son and family and has other plans, divorce papers were delivered by the sheriff the other day...5 years ago? who knows, she already took her maiden name back, literally went unconscious twice waking up in the hospital two weeks apart, always thought I was strong, go figger. I'll say it again and bless your wife. I'm very happy for you and I love a happy ending. Love her gently like a butterfly so you don't mess her wings. I say that because my wife told me I was keeping her prisoner. I didn't know that because I always tried to make sure she had some money in her purse and a full tank in her car with tire pressure checked, and oil and lube, with the car in good running condition. I can work on my 1990 Jeep but not on these modern cars. Never felt such a thing as this even with my first wife back in 1985, but she was pretty darn mean. This may sound like bull to you but my first wife got remarried to a cop here in CA. She shot him dead last year or two ago in their bedroom. Never got the full story because my son called me crying that his mother was in jail, didn't want to press him for details. Turns out that she was defending herself as there was another pistol on the floor. The DA determined that Paula was defending herself and did not file charges. Saw her once after that but didn't bring it up. I really feel bad for her because she has to carry that for the rest of her life. I used to hire the guy to do roofs for my contracting business. Lots of cops and firemen work like that. What's with all the tragedy? Mary's son died in suicide just six months before I found her lost in the Stanislaus Mountains as I was gathering firewood for my mountain cabin. She sure cried a lot over the following 22 years, and every Valentine's day, his birthday, she would cry, and then on Easter Sunday is when he hung himself in a cemetery in Oakland, CA. He was an artist and he performed the deed as an artist would and I talked to the investigating detectives who groaned when I introduced myself to them. I think I sound like a liar now after writing all this down. Never did that before. Hope I'm not bumming you and yours out. Can't say it enough! I am very happy for you and your wife, long life and peace in Christ I pray for you two.

What is the point of your ex thinking about you if they are in love with someone else, they are happy, they dumped you and blocked you everywhere and even told you that you should move on (no contact since January)? Its utterly useless...there is no hope for me and the worst thing is that I didn't do anything wrong really...I was inexperienced and she lost trust, she lost respect for me, she hates me and my very existence and ignores me in school...no forgiveness, no nothing on her part...I was dumped in October (almost a year long relationship, lived together and were constantly together for 8 months)...it is over ladies and gentlemen...i am glad for you andre...wish you guys all the best...

I just heard from an ex today from a breakup that happened 3 weeks ago. Although it wasn't a bad breakup it still hurt and I was the dumpee. Yep, karma will visit although he was, is, and has always been kind to me. Timing and personal issues of his is to blame. I just told him I supported his decision even though I didn't agree and that I was hurt and disappointed. We hugged and of course I'm NOT his friend and told him I wanted more. So we'll see but, I'm not waiting. I'm too fine to stay contained. LOL

Well, here's my experience about it: I courted a girl back in college, and that was way back 24 years ago. Nothing came of that really, as she never answered me. Now, 24 years later, she contacted me and we've met a few times. So if someone really matters to you, he or she will think of you at some point in time and will reach out to you again. I just hope that if ever something like that ever comes up, it won't take as long for her to reach out...

8 weeks post-dumping by an ex of 5yrs. From totally crushed, losing weight, unable to sleep, constantly overthinking to now only occasionally thinking about her. I thought my life was over. No contact was hard at the start but happy for it to stay that way.....forever. Discovering who i was and who i am all over again. And it feels good. People. Pls have hope, if your going through the emotions and are rock bottom, you are not looking out for the person that matters. And that is YOU. Learn to live again, unless this person contacts you (and you should be hoping they never do - not waiting by the phone wishing your life away) then they have NO VALUE to your life. Your pet lizard/hamster/cat/shit on the end of your boots should have more value than this person. Please let this important point resonate inside of your body mind and soul. Then you will begin to heal. Anything else just prolongs the pain and delays your recovery.

It's what women do. I know my wife, who left me 5 weeks ago, is yapping about what a loser I am, that's what women do. Another thing, in every email and phone conversation she made to me she twisted her nasty damn dagger trying on purpose to hurt me more which she did and I'm sure on purpose, because you'd have to be pretty dumb not to understand what you are saying or writing. Last time she said she wanted my SS# and driver's lic. so she could file the divorce papers. Then she started telling me what to do, and then she started telling me that she'd gotten some throat cold or something so I said, do you need any more info from me? "No", Well have a nice day! Bye. As I went to put the phone down she was saying "Sweetheart...." What? is that all about? Women can drive a good man to drink which I quit in 2011, AA. Used to really like my whiskey too. I sure know how to screw things up. I can very honestly say that I have not said a mean word about her. Some friends got me talking about things but I never put her down, not once. I did express my wonderment over why but that's a long story going back to 1998, and includes her psycho x husband. Wow! I'd better end this or I will include to many cuss words. Take care!

The two of you dug me out of a pit after a really painful breakup with an avoidant (before I knew what it was). I've been single, and I'm doing great. I've built a cozy home within me, and no matter who comes and goes, there's richness of hobbies & skills with me that make me value the solitude, and make me more valuable to the people that come into my life. Though I'm fine, I miss you guys and your voices form time to time and come back to listen and just check up on y'all. I leave your videos running when I work / do art (especially with Mozilla Firefox's pop-out video feature). I love the two of you, thank you for your work and for giving me resilience in the face of dispair. 💜

I'm one of those people that "listens while I sleep"... thank you for all these videos... after 5 years and him just up and leaving because he isnt sure if he still wants me since he met someone knew... my emotions are everywhere and I still struggle to sleep. I get so angry on occasion and immediately break down and cry. It's not me. This relationship has hurt me so much more than any other relationship ending. It's so hard. I'm doing the workbooks, journaling, working out, and talking to a local therapist... quarantine isnt helping much. I just hope I can get myself in to a better place before he comes back around... its only been 2.5 months but it feels like a life time has gone by. I'm struggling everyday.

Relationships are a power struggle . Someone always loves the other person more then the other down the road . Beginning feelings are often equal and so intrigued with excitement and mystery.but as one in ravels his or her true self many traits are often dampening .Why they never work ,people are never satisfied with what they have and always want better wether it’s a car a house ,furniture, a boat ,and yes people!

How about in my case... Our relationship lasted for almost 4 years but it was all long distance. We only see each other around 3x a year. Our breakup wasn't so clear and one day, we stopped communicating because we kept fighting. 10days later, I learned he is dating someone new. He said he likes the girl because he sees himself in her. I am confident that she could never fill in my shoes and she will live under my shadows because I have helped him so much straighten up his life and his family loves me (they don't like the girl because of her reputation). He wants us to be bestfriends and still communicate. If I stop communicating, I feel he will completely forget about me because the girl is there whenever he wants to see her. I am miles away.

Have done that before. Took me a few weeks to realise my fuck up and about a year to get over it. Even though I'm long over her I've never met anyone that comes close to the kinda woman she was. I've loved since her but I loved women that were not worthy of being loved. Ond of those things, when it's there on a plate for you you think it'll always be there for when you want it or ready for it but then when it's gone there's fuck all you can do about it.
