Pull-ups are hard to beat, as much as I can only do a few. It gives a great feeling of "the pump." I just enjoy running for fun, and I typically don't go for long runs nowadays because I don't have the energy to do so after a weights/calisthenics workout.

I always struggle with Bulgarian Split Squat, can't seem to perform them right. Something about the movement pattern that makes me lose balance and focus more on doing it right rather than training at the desire intensity.

If you're losing balance then its maybe a core issue? Only an assumption though
