I need 2 minutes rest after each set, minimum, excpecially because right after those, I have romanian deadlifts and leg press, than I finish off with hip thrust, 3 sets of 15 standing leg curls and leg extension, and than calves

@@miilani1232 why would you do such an exercise for cardio when cardio is all about longevity, and those pull ups are really no good for your joints, especially in high volumes and long term, also you dont engage as many muscle groups while doing pull ups as opposed to running or jump rope to name a few. Those pull ups are far from the optimal cardio exercise choice imo.

@@Lisekplhehe Like lunatic heaven said, it's very intense; mostly in your quads and glutes. Compared to a barbell squat, there's still a lot of tension in your muscles at the top of the movement. I usually walk around slowly between sets of squats, but after a set of Bulgarian split squats, I have to sit. The closest comparison would be lunges, but I feel more stable during BSS and with less joint stress, so I choose them over lunges.
