Pile 2 I have diabetes 2 and my sugar levels have risen excessively in the last two months. I always tried to change my diet, start physical exercises, and I also started an online accounting course. Unfortunately, recently I felt very overwhelmed and tired. I remembered that the last time I felt healthy and energetic was in the summer when I went to the pool with my husband and son, so I decided to sign up for a water gymnastics course. This was fantastic, as it is much lighter and relaxing. #1 - I wanted to watch this when it came out, but I was in the thick of it with getting through the worst of this situation I’m now out of. It’s been intense emotionally, but funny you say exercise bc I started a yoga practice today and that has been the thing that is helping the most. I have been making plans for the future and looking ahead and mentally, I was ready, but I had intense emotions in my body that kept rising up and making me lose my seat. Doing the yoga is resetting my physical and emotional body. I feel clearer than ever and ready to move into the future (and keep up the yoga because I know I’m not through it completely yet - but I know I will be!) Pike 1, I am in separation with my twin flame or soulmate. We are both unable to get rid of this connection and seem to love each other more every day.
