As someone with Gemini in the 4th/5th house, I was raised by a bunch of chatty, Gemini moon people. When I was little, I felt that there was always something about the dynamic of my family/household that seemed somewhat scattered. My parents aren’t divorced, but growing up, I mainly lived with my mom who raised me, while my dad worked overseas and came to see us then and there. My mom also had a job, while she was studying for her professional degree, so I’d always be dropped off at my grandparents house surrounded by older cousins and they took me to a lot of places. Moved homes 3 times in my entire life till I turned 4-5 so I don’t remember much of it. But all I know is that I was forced to adjust to whatever environment I was put in as a kid. Also- lack of emotional support. As for Gemini being in my 5th, I definitely don’t like jumping head first into commitments, even though I’m not afraid of it. But I wouldn’t want to commit to someone who I don’t barely know and who I don’t have some basic level of trust for. Definitely need to consider a lot of things before settling down or making things exclusive. Used to love gaming was lowkey addict, but it doesn’t last. I also need versatility in terms of making creative expression/outlet. Not to mention, since this is also tied to my 10th/11th in Sagittarius, Imma add more input and say I grew to dislike routines to a T even though I’m a Virgo lol. I know sometimes it’s inevitable, but it is what is. Anything that’s stagnant just ain’t it. I need constant change and mental stimulation. Therefore, short attention span. Someone with my placement can’t sit still at one place all day (like in a cubicle for ex.) and do repetitive labor that’s never ending. An office job is a nightmare for me lol. The only time I allow myself to stay still and do nothing is when I’m comfortably laying in bed. Additionally, I heard these placements also indicate unstable friendships and any kind of social connection (including networking). No friendships I had when I was younger ever really lasted because I’d either sadly lose contact with them/ we’d easily outgrow each other or the friendships ended terribly. Biggest mistake I ever made was highly prioritizing my platonic relationships, giving my all without realizing these people didn’t prioritize our friendship as much as I did. Aside from having heavy Pluto placements, I felt like that friend that was easily disposable to others and felt taken for granted. Stable friendships/networking overall hasn’t been easy for me even in my adulthood, but I learned to accept it and go with the flow and have a healthier approach to it. What I’ve noticed is that occasionally keeping in touch with certain friends without consistently interacting with them helps maintain that relationship. On the other hand, trying to interact with close friends that are similar to me more often also helps (so being socially adaptable depending on the dynamic of the friendship - both a curse and a blessing). But the key is not to be overly obsessive with friendships/connections in general no matter how much you appreciate them and learn how to let some of them go when it’s necessary. 😭
