But beside that i chose what feels most comfortable at that time and moment.....for me mostly looking at his hands and crystals are healing and I can feel the energy transfer... sometimes I like closing my eyes and lie onto my stomach while my face is facing the video. In this case also i receive the healing ❤️. So basically what i feel is it depends like we know how to take and receive reiki healings . But we just need to explore it consciously without using much logical mind like if am i doing it wrong and stuff like that. Disclaimer: it was just my personal experience which I shared.😊💫❤️......Each one of us are Unique and different. I hope you'll get your answer soon.
