Profound words. I can not articulate fully how much your Grace filled words have filled my heart in an incredibly hard time. Long story short, I lost my mother back in January. As it was happening my whole family turned on me. I didn't even recognise them tbh. It was surreal. I saw the demons behind the scenes because of this bust up. The demons threw everything but the kitchen sink at me. Not gonna lie they almost beat me. It actually made this verse make literal, practical sense. Ephesians 6:12 - For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. For months now I've been completely isolated. I have never felt so close to Jesus. In fact the whole experience felt like Jesus was claiming me as the devil tried his hardest to destroy me. God is good and God is with me but your perspective has completely validate my experience. Thank you for that. Some times we need another human to validate God's word in very everyday human terms. Baby, you is on point. My daddy didn’t prevail because of his wicked ways but my mom tried to stop my life purpose because she had 6 kids never been married and have 5 baby daddies. When I got married to the wrong person, God saw my heart and renewed me. She likes attention and popularity. She finally got her diploma and went to college online but she asked others to help her with the work. Here I am graduated high school a year early even tho she tried to stop me. I went to a trade school but I didn’t have nobody doing my work, I did it all on my own. As I was finishing school, as soon as I was able to get me another vehicle (truck) I get put out and looked down upon as if I spit in their food.
