Pile 2: I recently had to sell my car. Quitting caffein is hard, spending a lot more time in bookshops lately as well starting a new course of education. The noise is very frustrating and distracting, and I definitely need to go out for some exercise. Pile 1, was right on for me. Everything. I feel it. I’m a bit sad as for me it had to do with a mate coming in. Been single for 10yrs, I do not want one. I am extremely happy and peaceful. All that will do is take up my time to be with myself, drain my energy, and constant having to tell someone how to treat you with your own action for healthy boundaries. I want this for dinner I’m going to cook it. I don’t need to ask permission or check if someone else wants to eat. They are an adult. Figure it out yourself. I don’t wanna think of others anymore. I did that my whole life until I healed out of being a people pleaser and a nurse. I’ve paid my own rent, bills etc… there is nothing someone can give me that I cannot give myself. And just in case there is, they should have showed up earlier to help me when I needed help the most. Now I just wanna please myself. Not to mention not everyone wants to be a golden bachelorette. Or American men yuck, the emotional immaturity is discussing, over inflated egos that they always make the right choice yet hardly any of them take self development classes, yet teach the class. Or volunteer anywhere. VERY FEW… seems to always be women. These are my feelings from the experiences in this life I’ve had.

@49:53 a couple years ago I sold my car and started walking around my neighborhood daily. Recently my dad gave me his old truck and I’ve been overusing it for small trips like to the coffee shop I used to always walk to. And now I’ve gained 10 pounds. My guides are telling me to stop being lazy 😂
