I Lived there from 1968-1976 and I must say it's changed so much. I remember the first movie I saw at the Tivoli. I went to Downers Grove South 1974-1976 and I really liked growing up in Downers Grove,

The Downers Grove I grew up in had a Soda fountain at Main Street Pharmacy on Curtis Street and a sandwich counter at the Woolworth store on Main Street. My Grandfather did the electrical work at the Tivoli theater and received free passes to their Grand Opening.

Lived there from 1981-1993 and I must say it's changed so much. Used to be more businesses downtown instead of so many restaurants. I miss that...
