I can do all this to myself, and I do on a daily basis. Is it bad for me to be adjusting my spine/neck that often? I crack my upper, mid, and lower back at least 3 times a day. My neck usually once every few days. Should I not be doing this as much as I do? Or is it fine? I literally can't stop myself, I love the feeling and the sound of my back cracking. I have a misaligned hip I believe that causes my right knee to come inwards to support myself and I can rotate my right leg outward a lot more than I should be able to, and can't rotate inward as much as I should be able to according to the ortho I went to about it ...
