aheen Wsub you are more interested in the results but not the path of the 12th house. It takes a lot of work to clean the 12th house of karma. The 12th house also has the power to help you when you need help the most and to give you what you desire. If you just keep waiting for isolation and foreign settlement, nothing will happen. The work and path are of 12th house is very painful but most rewarding.
