So with one possible exception... this is my favourite role-play series on KZbin And I don't say that facetiously: the writing is top notch, the cast is phenomenal and the plot twists are twisty! Olivia is a FANTASTIC protagonist, she's funny, witty, intelligent, takes shit from _precisely_ no one and I can definitely see why you created a WHOLE universe based off her first appearance (many videos of which I also adore with Cameron and the Caimen Cafe (apologies for possible misspelling) springing to mind) and as I see from the "Komodo Dragon Queen" video (which is incidentally my next viewing target) THE LYCANBEAST UNIVERSE STILL HAS MILEAGE *FUCK YES :-D* and out of every character in this series I can say with absolute certainty that Veronica was the LAST person I suspected of being the killer... and yet here we are. Also given the existence of the Caimen Cafe's next part I'm going to be exceedingly interested in what our favourite Panther and Crocodile going to make of this Now with my praise stated (and what a large amount of well deserved praise it is) I should like to leave an adorable image in everyone's head and amongst the bloodshed: so you know when Olivia goes moon mad and just keeps approaching the listener until she starts repeating the word "mate"... there is nothing anyone can say to convince me that she wasn't nuzzling him as she was saying "mate" as if he was a damn addiction unfortunately ending when the police sirens happened but... if Olivia should happen to go feral again with less stakes then are currently in play... listen I'm saying I want feral Olivia being adorable and the life mate and her accidentally spending one Harvest Moon with her going moon mad but since the only thing that's there is her mate it's adorable instead of worrying WITH CUDDLING AND BURROWING INTO EACH OTHER'S ARMS AND NUZZLING AND-... fuck I went into FanFiction territory didn't I 🤦‍♂️ I mean my point still stands, that point being harvest Moon Olivia would be completely adorable with her mate and then get embarrassed about it later! ...Say what you about me my but my headcannons are never short or undetailed XD

Now looking back at the last epidsode it makes sense that since she's a snake she's able to stealthier sneak without breaking anything which explains why nothing was broken in the apartment and also all of the murders that she committed. It all makes sense now.

The Harvest Mood Killer didn't seem like the kind of person to leave any loose ends or leave anyone alive especially when their main focus was the Listener. So when Olivia found Veronica ALIVE but knocked out instead of dead? Something seemed fishy. And when Veronica revealed the how and why she started doing this? Goes to show this whole Lifemate buisness can be both a gift and a curse.

The moment I saw the artwork, I knew that the chip was coming out, and the claws, fangs, and wrath of Nature her-bloody-self out with it. But that? That exceeded my expectations. In the best way, of course. I just hope that there aren't any lasting effects from that little, uh, "back alley surgery" done to remove it. She was assaulted first in her being taken as well. Not only that but police are allowed to use lethal force in situations where someone else will die if they don't. (Though it's usually a last resort, in this case it was necessary). Part of their particular self defense clause I think.

Amazing finally, thanks so much for the awesome story. If there was any criticism I had about the story is that there could of been a coroner or forensics examiner for perhaps more details on the victims…but that might have made the stories harder to listen to for some, a risk probably not worth the extra detail. I have been imagining something like this to happen. Olivia goes out of control then hunts down her mate like a pray. Injured listener, saws and grabs the gun, aims at Olivia approaching fast, listener hesitates, and tilts their head to the side... But this is still an amazing series finale. But now that the hmk arc is over I'm kinda curious what season 2 will focus on, part of me wants to focus entirely on Olivia's and the listener's relationship growing, but another part of me wants to see more of the aftereffects on the world and lives of the characters due to the hmk.
