Plie 2 was so accurate for me. I met someone Feb of this year while I was moving out of a toxic relationship. We met online. We are from same country but different cities. Right now I'm studying abroad so it was long distance. We started as friends. He was some I could really open up to and try to understand me and cared about the small things. Made time for me even when he was busy. When he told me he likes me I told him I don't like him romantically and I'm not ready for a relationship right now. But he was ready to wait for me until I felt the same way. After 3 months I started to like him back and I asked him out. That was the first time I have asked a boy out. He said he wanted to come to where I'm staying and find a job here so we can be together. He decided all of that himself and he was so sure about everything and us. 1 month into the relationship he told me he needs time to prepare for the exam and job interviews so he can't spend that much time with me anymore. I said okay it's just one and a half months after that if he gets the job we will have more time with each other. He used to be the one who intimidated conversations but after that I became and it stayed that way till now. 2 days after the exam he said he needs space and stopped talking to me. He told me he needs more time to prepare to come here and we will have to wait more. He started ignoring me completely. I've tried to understand him as much as I can and compromised everything even when I wanted to spend time with him . I held myself back thinking we will get more chance in the future.
