honestly the easiest way to nerf lethal tempo is just to make the attack speed per stack scale drastically with level. 2-3% per stack lvl 1 does almost nothing, and for yone or yasuo lethal is the most prominent in early game usually lvls 1-6ish, so a level scaling lethal nerf seems like the most efficent way.

if riot wants top lane to be fun, then you have to make it to where counters don't hurt as much top. Some melee only items would be nice to counter early game ranged champs. It gets old watching people cry about adcs being weak, but then you see adcs in top, mid, jungle, support, and adc roles. If they're so weak, then people wouldn't be using them in every role.

As a Viego jungle player I have to ask what am I supposed to do. Is he strong? Yes. I he the strongest? Who knows. There are so many champions that are impossible to stop once they get ahead and there are 4 more coming (counting Udyr, god save us). Viego is my comfort pick to counter that. I also hate it when someone plays a broken champ but what else should I do? Just ff because someone picked Akshan, Yone or Vex and do nothing about that? The windshitter is now getting buffed because an item that gives him damage, hp, 50% crit and a shield got a small nerf to the shield and its dumb playerbase can't live with that. I'm not picking a damn Ivern into that.
