Elvis gives us three great tips to get our morning started off in the right direction, without all the hurry!
1) Write A Tomorrow List: Your morning starts the night before. Write down the three things you want to accomplish. As you sleep your mind will work through these tasks and ion the morning you will be fresh to tackle that list.
2) Early To Bed, Early To Rise: As kids we more sleep than adults. And a great nights rest is not only good for our health, it's great for our mind. And getting up early is a great way to avoid all the distractions at the start of each day.
And this leads to....
3) Get Moving or Sit Still: Exercise in the morning, because it helps us to stay positive, healthy, focused, and happy. Sitting still is important too and you should do both, But mediation is a great way to reflect on our day and gets us in the right mindset.
