Loved the video! if you dont mind me asking how much do you weigh?
@freshvintage Жыл бұрын
Thanks! I am a little over the 225lb. weight limit for this scooter - on level ground you still go about the same top speed(s), but you will sacrifice range is the main thing 👍

@@freshvintage awesome! Thanks for that think I might go with this one!

thanks for responding, greetings from Colombia, I have been a month with an E22 and I have only made 6 trips, I bought it second hand, I am your second user ... I would like to know how you are doing with speed, autonomy and you hacked to increase speed, if so as it was? Thank you
@freshvintage Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and Subscribing! Our E22 is doing well and goes about 13.2 mph or so right now. You need to buy the external battery pack to increase the speed to 15.5mph.

@@freshvintage Thanks for the reply. I hope to make myself understood with this question, if the stock speed is 20kmh or 13.2mph, according to what I have read, if the external battery is installed it increases the speed to 25km/h or 15.5mph (which is final speed, "adding" 5km/h or 3.1mph).... But if my tours according to the app is 13 to 17kmh on average, it means that with the external battery would rise to 18 or 22kmh respectively?

Curious. Do these things have a key? Do they lock with your phone. What is the theft deterrent.
@freshvintage Жыл бұрын
Thanks for watching and Subscribing! They do not have a key - the best/cheap solution I have found is a bike lock through the spokes of the back tire & a pole to keep it locked up 👍👍 We did drop an air tag inside the handle bars too 😊 This does have a locking feature in the app but it doesn't fully lock the tire - if you do lock the scooter and someone tries to move it, the app starts alarming on your phone to let you know it's being moved.

Take my advice, and don't buy this thing. I learned this the hard way.

Wow can I ask what happened to your Segway? Ours has been rock solid since day one. Thanks for watching and Subscribing!

@@freshvintage It's a long story: in essence, bought the external battery to extend the range. After about 100 miles the plug/socket connection for the ext. battery overheated and destroyed itself. Rendering the scooter useless for my use. Don't feel the design is sound.

I picked up an Iscooter. First I had the es1 Segway. It is super reliable but very basic and cheap made. Terrible suspension super bumpy all over. The iscooter has full suspension front and rear. 21 miles range 19 miles per hour Way better for commuting than the es1 that think was and is hideously slow. And range is only 9 miles on flat ground. I tested it many times

We have purchased an ES2 and this has pretty much everything you described - it is very much improved over the ES1 and is alot of fun to ride - video will be out at some point over the winter ☺️
