@@_Lena_ what helped me ease all of those questions was to sit down and write down what I want/need in a person. Then I went and wrote ten reasons/things I am grateful for that the person taught/helped/gave me. “Eleni chatz, I am grateful for the way you reminded me how magical life can be.” That’s an example of the prompt I use. It’s from the “The Magic” book which is from “the secret” series.
