Pile 2: This is so damn accurate! there's this toxic friend in my life that I want to cut from my life but I was stalling it as its the only person I can rely on in my team, and was thinking about the consequence of awkwardness and doing things alone. I already put my self esteem on line once and breached my boundaries and I feel like its now affecting me mentally and physically. I've recently made discoveries about myself that have lead me to reaching back out to mental health resources in my area to finally have another go at therapy.
