Hi, I know this one, and I don't see it like Dan. It doesn't sem to me like control, it's about recognising that you weren't always in a position to make the best choices, to behave in the best way. We all have our limitations, physical, emotional, financial, familial. If you look - but not for too long - at regrets you may have, you'll recognise that you probably couldn't have acted any differently at the time. Hindsight is a wonderful thing! Be at peace. You did what you could back then. Nothing can change any of it now, so be gracious towards yourself and the situation. And let it go. xx

This is truly important messaging; crucial, in fact. There are some people who would greatly benefit from therapy in order to get "there," though. If they've been crushed with life experiences that are truly traumatic, perhaps even causing PTSD, they won't feel honest while telling themselves positives that they can't bring themselves to believe. You did bring this up, and I'm glad that you did.

Sending love to you at this painful time. Please accept that it's alright to be sad and frightened when you lose someone you love. You have much to overcome. Experience with grief and loss has taught me that time heals the worst pain, but it isn't a process you can rush through or dismiss. You're going to be finding a different way to be you, and this is done one step at a time. xx

@PainFreeYouАй бұрын
I never use the word "ignore" because you can't ignore pain. It's impossible to ignore. Pain is there to get our attention. How we respond to it is what matters.

Question 1. I am confuse about how to react with stress ,anxiety ,worry,pressure ,anger in tms on one side tms therapist says that we need to just make our brain feel safe that means we should decreased worried ,stress ,anxiety ,rage and on the other side they say we don't need to change our personality that means we can feel stress ,anxiety ,anger but feeling those how can I make my brain feel safe. Question 2 my attention always goes to my unpleasant sensation that why I always worried and stressed about it if I don't change this personality means being worried ,stressed,feared about sensation is ok so, am I sending safe signal to brain as tms therapist says we don't need change us or personality. Q3 in future should I decrease frequency of be worried, stressed , anxious, in future or feeling them with calmness and how someone can feel anger anxiety stress feel with calmess ,assume if someone does it by any ways so here anger anxiety stress would not activate danger signal in brain . Come out from all doubt I can't afford paid tms therapy session.

@@Thinkerdost I wonder about that too. We should try to fight for a feeling of safety basically, and not let anxiety/depression be there? Or should we allow it? But then what? I also have these questions 😅
@michelefinizio6520Ай бұрын
We should never fight anything against ourselves fighting is a signal of danger to the brain compassionately except the anxiety and work through it anxiety it's just a symptom we all can go through it some people have chronically like myself I'm just learning to accept anxiety be aware of it and work through it not to stop it or fight it. There is more peace that way. Whatever emotions we go through whether it's anger frustration sadness Etc it's ok and safe to feel them Express them and not to dwell on them just remind your brain it's safe to feel these emotions I don't have to run from them because avoiding emotions make things worse
@instant_mintАй бұрын
@@michelefinizio6520 Okay ❤️ allow them, feel them, don't resist fight or dwell on them. I see

Hey Dan! I know it's unrelated to TMS but I need to have surgery to remove a fibroid and I am FREAKING OUT on another level. My body is cold and shaking, my digestion is off the rails and I am really suffering pre-op. I could really use a word of encouragement/kind word. I've had a traumatic experience with surgery in the past when removing an ovarian cyst so I cannot handle this
