They should not have harmed me so badly with the intent of selfish reasons such as control and manipulation. I have never been hurt so badly in my entirely life. I didnt let anyone into my heart for years as a way to protect myself, 1st time around I get harmed...not an easy experience.

If someone expects my emotional supports, the person also should consider my emotional wellbeing. If the person is not, he or she asks me too much? It is a kind of emotional labor.
