pile 2 you were totally reading me not my person that was weird It made me cry hahaha especially when you said ""this person knows what it feels to love but not be loved by another person" or that I had to "learn how to fill my freaking cups by myself because no one else was around" had to become self-sufficient , the overthinking and just about everything you said really it was surreal. I went through severe periods of isolation, loneliness and depression in my life and I thought I loved people deeply but really it was a weird attachment where I was just seeking love, validation and the need to feel wanted from somebody, it never came so I had to learn to do it by myself and go within, find the source within for this love and validation I was seeking so desperately. I developed my spirituality and consciousness this way. I still struggle with feeling worthy of but I know I don't need an outside source of love or attention in my life because I went thought so much all by myself, I know I'll be fine. I still would love to be in love and be loved but all I seek is peace of mind and companionship. Sorry for the paragraph! I don't usually comment but felt the need to, so thank you for the reading Kate :)

Pile 1. Thank you for this new perspective. Makes sense for my situation and why my SP went back to his abusive ex, and addiction to choas was his norm, and my expectations and stability triggering. The brain chemicals explains his addictions and coping mechanisms as well. I don’t know if there will be any more communication or new starts. I’ve already given him 3 chances and his ex is extremely mentally unstable and keeps him tangled.
