This is interesting… I got so angry and some terrible things to 2 ppl in my life this week and it reminded me of this sermon and the scripture: “out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh”. And it made me want to question, what’s abounding in my heart? Why does my heart seem to be abounding in anger & rage, instead of kindness?

BEEN THERE . ITS GOOD TO BE VULNERABLE TO SEEING THOSE THINGS. I USED TO RAGE A LOT AND IN MY MIND I COULDN'T UNDERSTAND WHY I BLEW UP AT THE SMALLEST THINGS ALL THIS RAGE AND ANGER WOULD JUST SPEW OUT OF ME, AND IT WAS LIKE YOU SAID HE SHOWED ME THAT'S WHAT YOUR FULL OFF..... SO THE JOURNEY TO GET FREE OF THAT, EMPTY OUT AND FILL MYSELF WITH HIM BEGAN.
