This is so true! I was employed with a local Y for 6 years and started working my way up the ladder and left for a better paying position in a different field, I am now trying to get back in with the Y in a different area since I've moved and I plan on making that my last career choice! The YMCA just feels like home....the staff the members and anyone else!
