ya know what would fit even more? big eye hear me out: -big eye has the most hp out of any common enemy in mm1 (20) -big eye deals the most damage (10) -susie has the most hp out of the party -susie deals the most damage out of the party

I imagine that his final attack would be based on the "2xHero" program advance from the Battle Network games (I'm assuming that Protoman takes the role of Mike here). Mega Man starts shooting energy blasts from the right side of the screen while a walkie talkie shoots energy waves/sword slashes from the left side of the screen. The attack ends with the walkie talkie shooting a huge beam of energy, as a reference to the idea of Protoman having a much stronger buster than Mega.

i personally headcanon that he aint the actual megaman, instead, its copyman or whatever that guy was called, aka hes a fake, a replica, a copy. but hes so convinced hes the REAL one, that he cant believe it, after all, he looks real, he thinks hes real, so he must be the real one, right? but he needs a little help from a passing joe to regain the power he's "lost". its only after the big shot fight that he realises hes not REALLY the real mega.

Actually, yeah, I have to agree all the way! I actually mistook this for X lmao. I forgot there was a copy OG Mega Man as well; but it works very well. It would be the cherry on top to have the real Mega Man arrive halfway through due to the chaos caused by Copy Man and help the Fun Gang as a guest back member.

That's an really interesting way to look at it Maybe the real Mega Man would take the place of Swatch in this AU then? Since if I remember correctly, Spamton was trying to copy Swatch's appearance to get to the robot we put him in, and Copy Robot is obviously a copy of Mega, even if he believes it's the other way around
