What do I write in Steps to verify marksheet if I have got my Board Verification Certificate offline? I am talking about the letter that is to be attached with the BVC. Please tell

That "steps to verify marksheet" letter is only for boards giving online verifications like CBSE. Not for offline BVCs.

can the 12th marksheet be the pdf of the result that we download from online or does it have to be the one which is given from school. (the result has recently been out and we have not got the marksheet from school , it might take 1-2 months)

The result pdf you get from CBSE website shall be treated as BVC (mentioned in the video) and marksheet pdf downloaded from DigiLocker shall not be accepted under any circumstances, it will be rejected... Wait for original marksheet to be received from your school...

Can you pease give more information on how exactly the attestation to be done on the application ? because I have been rejected twice for improper attestation

Heyy, I've mentioned about that in part one of computer number application procedure video. In short, the officer's signature should be crossed signed in your photo and application, half on both. The stamp should properly mention his name, designation, address and in case of notary, expiry date of stamp is also required.
