I am fairly new to SCM curriculum - I was at the conference this summer! 😉 But I haven’t ever seen the geography used or a video on it! I am using a different curriculum for geography. So much of this was encouraging to me. I love hearing your perspective looking back especially since my oldest is 8. I also felt relieved when you said moms just don't sit down as much because that is me completely. The only time I actually get to sit is when I'm teaching...one of the reasons I love to teach. 😂 Glad I'm not the only one!

Night Zookeeper, just like any curriculum, is used @ the child's level. I definitely wouldn't hesitate to use it with a kid, even up to 14 or 15 years. Just because a curriculum might say, grade 4 doesn't mean a kid in grade 9 can't use it if they're at the level. Writing is one of those subjects you definitely don't need to look at the age or grade; if that's where they're at, that's where they're at.

Question about Night Zookeeper? 1. Can it be used as an extra to what you’re already doing or is it a full curriculum? It looks so fun as an extra but we already have LA covered. 2. Does it teach spelling? Sorry if you mentioned that already and I missed it!
