I understand the judgement regarding being a stay at home mum, I was a stay at home mum for 7 years. People constantly asked me when I was going back to work, being a mum is hard enough anyway. I only went back to work because we needed the money, I now work nights and hubby works days which is not the best as we hardly see eachother..... but needs must. X

I am firmly convinced that the ones with an 'attitude' about women being SAHMs are envious. Theh have it hard having to struggle with full time work, housework, looking after kids etc and That's why they see SAHM's as lazy, sitting watching tv all day etc. Also envious that financially they can afford to do it if THEY are struggling financially. I can understand they are envious, I guess I would have been too back in the day. I'm an old fart now and we didnt want children so I work full time till I retired at 55. Im a new subscriber and loving your channel. You are so natural, warm and lovely. Good luck with growing your channel. ❤

Enjoyed hearing your q and a Ria. I'm at home and I was able to give up work last year. My husband works from home weekday evenings so we get to enjoy our days together and I love it. Our house is paid off and financially we can do it so we want to make the most of every day. I've always loved domestic duties anyway. I do most of the indoor hubby outside but we help each other when needed. I no longer care if people judge me I'm happy and my husbands happy. Life's way too short to care what people think. I think it's great you might go back to work whatever makes you happy is all that matters 😊💗

Completely relate to the whole thing about not feeling that instant rush of love for your child when they’re born. I thought I was the only one & felt guilty when I look back on it. With my first I did it naturally as with my second but with my first I didn’t feel anything towards her 😢, I think I was so in shock & number to the fact that I’d just given birth that none of it registered with me. I held her & stuff, then her dad held her, & then I just left for a shower like nothing had even happened, it was all very surreal. Made up for it though as the days & weeks went on because then I loved her like nothing else ❤, it was just all a shock in the first few days. She’s 10 now 😢 & my youngest is 5 & like you said it just goes way way too quick! 😢😢

Oh glad it’s not just me but like you say after the shock wears off you love them just the same you enjoy them sweetie like you say it goes to q wick thank you xx

Why don't you do bar and waitressing part time as your girls are older?? I was a SAHM until my children went to senior school and took up a part time job as I wanted to be independent and earn my own money and it came in handy. Sometimes, you just need to socialise with other people and there's nothing better than earning your own money!
