If you grew up playing barefoot or in minimal flip-flops/sandals like we do in South East Asia, your feet is better than your average person who grew up with shoes. Shoes fuck up how you walk and your ankle strength. This is also why a lot of people are flat footed, they grew up relying on bouncy shoes. Aside from growing up barefoot, my shoes throughout my teenage years is converse chucks. Another shoe with minimal support, make me rely on foot strength again. But when I'm home, I'm always barefoot. Don't be a weak-ankled flat-footed man. You don't need feet support. If you're at home always be barefoot. If you're working out, do it barefoot, the balance is so much better. If you're lifting, it doesn't really matter. Unless you're wearing construction boots, your feet will get crushed, do it barefoot anyways.

@@RAPIDSVISION I would guess Altra shoes, they're best known to have running shoes with a wide toe box. A little less known is VIBAe, they actually have casual sneakers with a wider toe box (or at least it's more foot shaped).
