Federal employees should NOT receive raises unless they are equal to the COLA doled out to SS & SSDI beneficiaries. A year or two of that, and you'd see COLA percentages rise drastically in a hurry! 😂

The percentage of increase should be the same for the Medicare premium as it is for the COLA raise!! If "inflation" is only 2.5% then the increase for the premium deduction should not be more than that!!!

They use a cpi-w for calculating the amount. They should be using is CPI e for calculating for elderly it's a little higher but it doesn't it doesn't explain to 7% discrepancy

Yes it is very sad I get 943 and as soon as I pay my bills what I have I don't have anything else left out of it I can't hardly put food on my table and only get 20 some dollars in food stamps that's not enough that's not enough to feed my family we need more help the people I hear is struggling we need help cuz what they give us is not enough I have to hustle and go out to try to come up with things to try to take care of my household because the money would I get every month it is not enough for anything once I pay my bills I have to buy a household stuff and you know household stuff is very expensive then sometimes I have to put money with the 20 something else that I get
