I have to comment because your videos have been impeccable for me. This was immense confirmation for me right after a vision I had just this morning before watching this. I cried and felt like I couldn’t catch my breath or gain an understanding after sitting with it. I just remember feeling like “I’m processing so much sadness”. I felt it in the exact area where you spoke about having the block. In my vision while crying, I saw a woman in all blue royal gown or robe with a little girl. She had to hand her off to someone and then the scene switched from royal and happiness to this “priestess” looking woman now dressed in all black and the room was cold and lifeless with ash everywhere. Next thing I knew she was looking out the window and then jumped out. I remember when I finished crying “they stole my innocence” and seeing how innocence and joy relate to each other. Also making the connection with how I felt like maybe also it was about her giving this little girl away to fulfill something she didn’t wanna be a part of, thus her reasoning behind eventually falling from the window. I felt like when she fell it was a feeling of “I’d rather die than be apart of this mass hysteria”. You pulled a beetle card and I just killed a black beetle before the video. I even saw this title before I clicked on it cus I remember scrolling past it in the past so I knew I had to find it and watch it. Low and behold it all tied back to empathy and being an empath when even as I was watching it I had to put the video on pause to do one of the exercises from “Super empath part 2” with the salt. I heard something recently on another channel an angel channel that was talking about the Angels were saying that going back in the past never helps heal anything cuz you're in how you felt bad men and that you can only live in the moment and go forward from that moment and learn where you are now I would assume that that would be also past lives so maybe a better way for some people would be to say that this is where I was then but where am I now and to work on just healing whatever it is from this point in life at this particular instant and just focus on healing self going into the future.. just my own personal opinion.. from learning different things and watching different things and seeing what makes sense and what doesn't some people may do exactly that may you know try to figure out what past life and go back and dissect it but living in the moment and just trying to be healed going forward focusing on being healed in the moment right now this present time and then moving into the future might be better for some people but again that's just my personal opinion❤❤❤❤ love your readings!!! ❤❤❤

This is a really good point in many ways--with a caveat. After I posted my comment where I list my "Doom Imprints" the recommendations in my Feed here were so dark the one I incautiously clicked on made me slightly nauseous until I realized what was going on. YT is LOA in 3D-action! Be cautious about hanging out in "doom" energy. OTOH, this kind of past life work is similar to Inner Child work & sometimes our inner kids are holding onto pain that they experience as an Important Message. Sometimes they need to deliver this message before they can go play and have happy kid lives inside us. Similarly, this video is about something that is Actively Blocking our here-and-now that's so old and omni-present that we don't even feel it. It's actually there and actually active now, but it's like gravity: we just think that's the way the world is. And it's holding us back. When I was in Okinawa I wanted to have my son at home... they threatened to keep me in the hospital... my sister had her children at home... it was amazing... but military has rules... although the Dr. who cared for me with my daughter... she was fascinated about my approach to my pregnancy... she was so cool... and was so respectful... If it feels uncomfortable or negative, then yes seek help from someone who knows energy work. Simply Grounding it by putting your hands on grass or the ground should help. You can speak or feel the intention that what ever excess you are experiencing ground down into Earth to be recycled and reused by what can use it for good. Sometimes even putting your hands under running water with the same intent will clear it Also, salt water would be great if you live close enough to the sea for that to be practical . I mentioned laying on hands as a suggestion that you DO touch others as it would be healing for both of you, bit that's only of it feels potent in a positive way, not negative.
