we are reflecting our environment to some extent, and it´s up to each and everyone themselves what to make of it, what to integrate or exclude in order to progress personally or all together. Be critical, especially with the stuff you like. Thanks for this "out of the box" thang ;)

Ayyy thanks, pretty much what I try to go for on the channel. Everyone is capable of so much without them realising.

We're just memory boxes streaming what's in there. Unless you have a good filter system then you'll just be a total reflection of your environment. Look at people put into white rooms - they go insane because they lose their identity and grounding. Good video. Take your white room and furnish it with healthy items and voices.

I love how you bring up the fact of the mind diet, you are what you consume. You're really engaging in deep thought and I think you're one of a very few people I've come across that is pushing these types of facts. For reference of where I engage in these philosophies that are a form of systems thinking , I engage daily with the youtube channel gravimend which uploads this type of philosophy. I think you'd enjoy the type of stuff there seeing that you enjoy this type of thinking.(Not trying to plug here, just happy to help provide this type of content for you or anyone who reads this comment)

GRAVEMINDDDDDDD. One of my favourite channels for sure. Always have his vids on loop and now that I think about it, definitely in some way helped me create this channel. Thanks for the comment :)

Glad that I watched this video. It made me feel that Im no longer alone in the same situation, since people often get put off how I question things here and there every now and then, as if Im being weird even though Im just trying to reason out a few things. I'd like to highlight an opinion of mine. Just from my observation I often saw people who follows said content heavily relies on the feeling of sensationalism, and any form of content that's drastically shortened and doesn't require much brain proccessing. One of the most likely cause and effect for it is the so called "Brain Drain" that's currently affecting people of my generation and so forth. The more exposed we are the worser it gets. And the best solution to this problem is to basically highlight the awareness like what this video did. I have to confess that I was a little miffed with how you had to resort to playing a pre recorded footage of Night Runners just to keep our attention, since I felt like I just fell on a trap that Im supposed to avoid lol. But you definetely managed to get the point across, and that Im thankful for.

Nobody is weird at all. For the people who get "put off" are just living in a different awareness IMO, where different things that they realise that we may not. Be curious but don't let it consume you too much because it can become never ending in some cases. Also brain drain is so real, especially with memory loss and general brain function. Haha I actually make these videos live. I use gaming for those who cannot concentrate too well with some chill games, or if they want to just listen then keep in the background. I wish you well you cool af :)

I found this in my recommended videos, and I'm surprised by what you were saying and it did shine a light on me, today I've been doing the exact thing you've talked about and how my mornings influenced by the content i engage and consume, it's surprising how simple we really are when left to our own without these instruments and devices. keep it up!❤️
