@@XMRTOPGUNXas per my knowledge, UPPCL have got govt. land in jatikhera for construction of substation which is very close to LJK but it will take about an year for construction of S/s.

I have visited that project multiple times, Eldeco Imperia to 1-2 saal me shift hone layak nahi hai.....even if project ready ho jaye but udhar aabadi aane me waqt hai.....iska matlab har chhoti badi chiz ke liye aapko Bijnor market jana hoga jo ki wahan se kaafi door hai.....kam se kam 5-6 saal lagenge udhar shift hone ka sochne ke liye....

Check & verify papers, if everything seems good then definitely one can book. Previously two builder groups had done tie-ups with reputed chains, promoted it well at time of booking and later no agreement was executed at possession time or when 80-90% sales is achieved. So verify it thoroughly and get the registered agreement of the same. Thank you
