I thought so! I really love this flea market! Too bad it's only held twice a year.

Haha I remember those Zip Zaps! I was never much into cars or RCs, but those I liked just because they were so small. Had a few.

Yes, I really wish I had bought that Top Gun joystick. Temporary insanity on my part I guess.

That Red Ryder game was cool at the end. Since I don't think you've watched the Red Ryder series of B-Westerns from the 1940's with either Don Red Barry, Wild Bill Elliot, Allan Rocky Lane, or Jim Bannon or read the comics, I'm going to assume the "Christmas Story" movie connection made you pick it up? That's the movie that I learned about that character, too. Ralphie's Red Ryder BB Gun, lol. Some years later, I became a huge fan of classic cinema, and even B-movie fare like Saturday Matinee Westerns. Just old fashioned fun many generations before my time. You've seen so many items of the 3 Kings of the B-Western too, Hopalong Cassidy, Roy Rogers, and Gene Autry. Always interesting to see those and cool to know that there's still a market for memorabilia pertaining to those classic actors/characters. Great episode as always! Flea Markets are the best.

Tom, it was nice meeting you today at Stormville. I don’t remember if I said my name but it’s Ozzy. I have leaned a lot watching your videos. I love flea markets but can’t find them all. Maybe you can make a list for next year and share with your followers. Again thank you for shaking my hand today it was an honor.

I had hundreds of the puffy ET stickers. I think I paid maybe .15 cents at that most. Maybe they were more. Probably back in the late 80s. Just gave my last few away at garage sale this summer. Actually they may have been double that price in large quantities. The dealer auctions are a thing of the past.

Oh yeah, puffy stickers were everywhere back in the 80's!

My Garfield book collection goes up to book 19, all bought new back in the 80s. I lived for school book fairs.
@fleabittenadventures2 ай бұрын
I'm not sure how many there were, but I found a complete set of the first 13 recently. And yes, school book fairs were a big deal back when I was in elementary school in the 80's!

The real Shirley Temple mug has a Honeycomb pattern and is real glass. It was a giveaway from General Mills cereal in 1936.

OK, most of the Shirley Temple mugs I see are real glass and do have that honeycomb pattern. I'm just not sure why so many are suddenly coming out of the woodwork!

Tom , I'm not an expert on vinyl but I have collected a few . The Beatles Revolver is from 1966 because of the T 2576 on the top right corner of the back cover also on the L P . Condition is everything . Sadly they all have very worn covers and I can't judge the condition of the vinyl . I would place all three in the $10-12 each range . If they have major scratches they are only decoration and no value .
@fleabittenadventures2 ай бұрын
I figured, but for $1.00 a piece I can't complain. They will look good hanging on my wall. Thanks for the info!

Good deal on the Beatles albums if there not too badly scratched.

Tom little tip for the microscope box , spray some wd40 on a cloth and give it a wipe over 👍
@fleabittenadventures2 ай бұрын
I wiped it down with those Lysol disinfectant wipes, which did get most of the grime off it. Do you think that the WD40 would get rid of all the little rust spots? Thanks.
@grahamnoble4912 ай бұрын
@ helps clean and stops rusting abit but does tend to bring colour back 👍or just use furniture polish 👍

When it comes to records you need to look at the copyright date on it and also depends on the country of origin case in point England I have it myself and CD the CD form is the English version of it 15 songs on it the English version is worth more it's rubber soul sorry are Street survivor by Lynyrd Skynyrd the original has the band walk into an apocalyptic landscape which was yanked after the plane crash a shitload of money

The dog crate is not really a wooden crate, a person who shows dogs would attach wood to a wire crate for 2 reasons, 1, on the sides so the do in the crate cant see the dogs beside them and the main reason is the wood on the top which is used as a Dressing/Grooming Table to brush and beautify the dog before entering the ring.
