I insisted my 2nd mentor call me every week. I did not want to go through this alone. my 1st mentor was too busy ignoring me. when i call to have it changed, the so-called mentor manager scolded me for wanting to change. she was nasty. luckily, i went through with the change anyway. it was either that or i was leaving. when in doubt, contact student services and ask questions. that goes for course instructor as well. some can be hands-off. if you knew their salaries.........

This is really good to know! Sorry to hear that the situation was challenging (and probably frustrating). A good reminder that you have to ask for what you want, even if it's challenging. Changing mentors and instructors can help result in better learning outcomes.

@@tiffanyedmonds1082 Basically the evaluators the rubric they give you to do the assignment. From there, they give you a pass or revisions status based on the rubric. If passed, there is no feedback, it's just "You Passed!" email. If revisions, they give you specific details on what you are missing or need to change. You can resubmit again after that. Everything goes back to the rubric, which makes the process straightforward.
