I'll never forget my brother's face when he realized he was going to be a father. My sister-in-law asked my help in surprising him while she came home from the doctor's, so I decided to go through some of our old toys in the attic, making it seem like we were gonna donate them. Couple of stuffed animals, some old Star Wars ships, even some of the OG Bionicle sets. She came home after we pulled a lot of things out, and after he explained to her what we were doing, she asked him oh-so-casually if they could keep some for the baby. He said yes quickly...and then bluescreened as he processed what he just heard. What followed was some of the most joyous sounds I've ever heard from a husband and wife.

Children are NOT for everyone, parenthood is an optional responsibility and those who don’t want children shouldn’t be barred from enjoying sex. “Don’t bang until you’re ready to raise a family” might work for you but holding others to that standard is unrealistic and unreasonable. Also, making life is not a joy or precious for everyone, that is 100% subjective.
