I learned that I could put all my soon to be ex wife’s issues into one bucket. I didn’t make her feel “safe” I changed lots for myself. Doubled my salary, stopped watching corn, got healthy, and watched Josh’s videos, became Superman in 4 months. I became “safe” funny about this video. She’s recently asked how I’ve been. My responses are “safe”. She knew what I meant too she seen all the changes I became apex!

My wife asked me for a divorce. I was so thankful that I watched Hudson’s video on letting go to get her back. So. I let go. I accepted it. I wanted to stay married of course. But I let go. And I opened my chest and reached in and showed her my heart. I had to whisper so I would not sob. I fought back the urge to breakdown and cry. I got it out. I told her I want you to do what makes you happy. I can be alone. I’m not some needy lil B--. I can be alone for the rest of my life. I’ll be just fine. I don’t need you. I WANT to be with you. She said she didn’t want a divorce either. We have been doing great ever since. I credit God and Hudson’s videos for giving me the knowledge to speak in a way that saved my marriage

I did the same thing last night exactly how you said it Joe and she said we will not even have a friendship just a co-parenting relationship cause I told her that I still wanted her and desired her . I’m pretty much screwed .

I’m nearly two months brother. Went from she won’t talk to me to now if I call her she picks up first ring. I’m still giving her space and we have a child together. We started doing family things together. Take it day by day and continue to work on yourself. Idk what will happen in my situation but I enrolled in the course and my wife went from saying you can change to now she’s knows I can be a better man and she’s needs me to believe that too. Most encouraging thing she’s told me in months. You can’t see the forest from the trees but don’t give up you’re closer than you think. Focus on the here and now she’s watching trust me.

This was a couple days after she asked for a divorce. Still living together w our 4 year old. She said I could take him. She was very resentful and hating on me. I broke through her wall with my genuine want and not needy at all. Essentially what I learned is she does not want a divorce. She wants me to change. She wants me to be a nicer and more patient man

Many women just want out of a situation that they believe is untenable. But either way... your counsel is sound. Sincerity and follow through from the husband is paramount for the potential for success in the relationship.

This sounds like something that can be said in the beginning of when say says she wants a divorce. How about 8 to 9 months in. Would this still be an effective route to go in?

Same here brother.. divorce should be finalized in 2 month. One thing I know about her.. her pride is so big once she said she would do something she'll follow thru.. even if she didn't want to anymore

Which of course I did not. But just spoke about it the other day. She wants me to meet another woman but not sleep with them lol

I gave her space and she came to me and she opened up, and as she was opening up, she talked to me for hours, and I just listened the entire time validating her feelings through the entire thing and listening. I didn’t tell her what to think or what to do and I didn’t try to solve her problems, she told me it’s time to grow up and now I understand she wants me to become that man.

Ive listened to alot of your videos but as I see it the amount of work a husband has to put is exactly what a bad boy or a simple f*ck would get from her, wich is beyond sad. the scale isn't working on the mans favore tbh. its kind of tiresome to constantly have to be on your guard, if she is the kind that cheats or has bad characters she will cheat on you no matter what you do, Women are emotional driven yes and the right emotion for the right guy with the right drink while she is on business trip and another will slip in. No matter how good you are. so in the end I would say marriage ain't worth it for men, the list you are making for men is beyond comprehension to what cost of the mans sanity ?
