The south is almost gone from Rhett, but the exact opposite can be said for Link. At the start of the video he has no accent, but as the video goes on his accent gradually comes out, if he's in pain his accent comes out much faster. Even without these conditions he always has a slight southern way of saying spesific words and he still always has a southern manner way of speaking like when he says 'smell of it' or him being more prone to say things like 'y'all' or 'dang'. Even his dang sound like a 'dahng'.

Northeastern North Carolina born and raised here. We call Vienna sausage "Vy-eena sausage." If you go to the store and inquire as to the whereabouts of the Vienna sausage, you say "Where the vy-eenas?"
