I am married but my wife will not eat steak! No matter how we've tried, she just will not eat it. I love Prime Rib and in fact am starting a Carnivore Diet mixed with KETO. I would end up throwing away a lot of Beef if I made Ribeye Roast or Prime Rib. Plus tge cost is prohibitive! I could get by for 3 days on a 2 bone cut like this! It would keep cost down and I don't really want to sear steaks because tge cuts I like are too big for one sitting or 2 on a warm up. I will be using this for sure! We get great Prime Rib prices at my local shop. Made like this, I can stave off going to Texas Roadhouse or the like. For the cost of a nice cut, I will get 3 meals or even more and still beat the restaurant price (and crowds)! Thank You for this idea.

Thanks for your video... I will be making just that size rib roast for my own Christmas this year as I am Carnivore these days. I won't be using any seasonings though, I only use Redman's Real Salt... Why are you not using just the probe from the Dreo? I will using the Dreo probe as I don't have that kind of probe you have.

Thanks for the question, I decided to use the normal probe mode to show that it can also be done in a regular air fryer using a Bluetooth thermometer.
