Kirumi would be impossible. Not because of killing her, but because of other forces. Kirumi is said to be the Prime Minster of Japan. That’s an incredibly important role, and if it is found out that you killed her, you’d need to survive not only Japanese soldiers, but also potentially Albanian, Belgian, Bulgarian, Canadian, Croatian, Czech, Danish, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hungarian, Icelandic, Italian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Luxembourgish, Montenegrin, Dutch, North Macedonian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovakian, Slovenian, Spanish, Turkish, British, and American soldiers (not including countries part of NATO from other places), since Japan joined in the 90’s. Considering one works for a group, it would be seen as an act of terrorism, and the perpetrators would be arrested or potentially killed.

Junko is also technically not impossible. You might be able to either bore her to death or convince her that dying against a random nobody like you would inflict greater despair in her own followers than staying alive. And Hajime's tankiness is an absolute joke when compared to Junko's, she literally withstood ALL of the punishments of the first game, minus being crushed by god-knows-how-many tons of solid metal. She wouldn't even need to predict your moves, she could face-tank anything you could throw at her. Baiting Byakuya with money is also not going to work, unless you'd argue he would get distracted by laughing at how little you have and using that distraction. Kyouko wouldn't really care about you calling her father-less, unless you can get a nice present box with her father's skull in it, you probably don't get her off-guard. Unless your name is Naegi Makoto or Enoshima Junko, Mukuro is probably straight up impossible.
