I have made bhajjis so many times but this is hands down the best recipe I tried. Minimal ingredients and using your techniques resulted in the crispiest bhajjis I have made till date!! The best part is I never have to worry anymore about the mixture ratio etc and can be confident that it will turn out good. Thanks you so much for sharing this recipe.

I was a skeptic when I saw this and wondered if it would really come out crispy. But as I had tried many recipes and they all turn out super yummy, tried this yesterday and have made this 3-4 times since lol. The best part is that it has only 2-3 steps; but each step has to be very precise. Every time I have a half cut onion, I make this. A tip: buy a mandolin slicer, if you don’t have one already, do not cut the root side of the onion - use to have grip on the onion and slice the onion. Cut the slices into half. The whole process of bhajji now takes only 5-10 minutes. And I am biggest fan of onion bhajjis. So, thanks chef for this crispy yummy recipe!!!

Sorry to say but i highly disagree here with you Madhavi 🙈 green chilli is good but it goes well with Round Pakode and not with this. Red chilli powder is the perfect ingredient here. :)

Now that's the easy and great Kanda bhaji ❣️ I tried in my way but was not satisfied cause I wrongly cut the onion and I prepared a thick batter and gone adding more onions but it was not upto mark .. When you were chopping onions, my eyes started watering just from watching! 😛 Anyway, I’m giving this recipe a shot today. The video was so well done, and your kitchen looks like it came straight out of a magazine (mine looks like a tornado hit it).
