🙏 Mad respect for Chef Sanjot Keer! I made this recipe yesterday because my son demanded a veggie burger and the patty really wowed him! That is the biggest joy in my life ❤ Thank you so much for enabling that. I made 4 changes to this recipe: 1. I added chaat masala instead of Amchur and it added that X factor to my recipe 2. Instead of soaked pohe, I blitzed dry pohe in a chutney mixer and made a powder and added that instead. 3. I had dry pao lying around so I blizted that in the mixer instead of the panko crumbs and it turned out pretty good 4. I used english muffins instead of the burger buns. I found that english muffins are easy to eat and not sticky like burger buns.

I made this on the weekend - and I can't recommend it enough as I'm a very fussy burger person! This is the best vegeterian burger I have eaten. And, Sanjyot is right when he says you will want to freeze and keep for another time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
