Here's a story about texting the wrong person. I used to clean houses and I had this one client who I had been with for about 2 years. She was married and had 2 small children. One day I go to clean and I notice the husbands closet completely cleaned out. So I sent a text to who I thought was my boyfriend something like, "OMG, I see the husbands closet is all cleaned out, I guess they are getting divorced??" But it actually went to the wife, my client, and not my boyfriend. I was so mortified! She texted me back something like, "just worry about your own family". I felt sooo bad! She was such a sweet lady and here I am talking about her behind her back about a very painful experience she was going through! This was like 10 years ago and still to this day I am super paranoid about texting the wrong person!

Weird comment he’s clearly not upset and she doesn’t seem like she hasn’t moved on. Just seems like normal open conversation. I thought she said it to clarify having guys over. Also something big happening in your life like a breakup can also make those memories more memorable/ significant than other “normal” times in life.
