I came up with this not to long ago and wanted to get some other peoples opinions. The sorcerer has his 1 innate ranged attack with the stun, only does 1 damage normally but will always stun the opponent for 1 turn as counterbalance, which is understandable given it's amazing utility. However it's also his only range attack available to him at all times. I was thinking what if he was giving a second innate range ability "magic missile" it would only do 1 damage as well, but it's unique effect would be that it can't miss (since magic missile can't miss in D&D) and again as a counterbalance can't crit either. I understand why the stun does so little damage but I'd like to see the implementation of a second ranged skill so that you can position away from the fight and always still have 2 attacks from afar, plus since his melee does I believe 2 damage it could be another thing to think about. If you want to stay back you could utilize your 2 ranged skills every turn or if wanted to get more damage you could go in for melee attack as well. Please let me know how you feel about this, I absolutely love this game and specifically the sorcerer but when there's the turns where I can only do 1 ranged attack and then nothing offensive for the rest of my turn it's a little upsetting.

d&d at its finest. considering a party once made a nuke shaped like a dick then proceeded to build a rocketship (the cleric was subclass astronaught thanks to homebrew) and left earth to start a galactic arms race. shows the tom-fuckery in this game and i love it. the players shine their TRUE d&d spirits and that makes it fun
