My boyfriend had a hard time to sleep so I suggest relaxing music, it was the only thing that helped him. At the same time I played with his hair and he fell asleep immediately. I totally understand this. I listen to this when I reality shift and it helps me sometimes when I get kicked out unwittingly from my DR to relax and go back to my happy place. I might permashift again soon because I have kids and a family with Donatello and also my prof in real life who teaches me about david hume. Thanks for the love and positivity seeing this in encouraging that maybe I can go outside again and not be agoraphobic which I have been since my pet snake died after an unfortunate incident with water wings and a pen knife

I live in a place that causes me great levels of stress and sorrow and a feeling of a nightmare. I don’t think I quite have the words, I’m currently going through a rough time in my life and doubt my self worth as a person more often then not these days. I spend most of my time trying to escape from my reality to be honest. However this music really helped me feel a sense of peace for a bit. I even ended up crying while praying. It’s been a long time since I last prayed. I guess I just want to say thank you to all the kind and caring comments. Lastly to those who like me find themselves in despair, I think it’s fine if we all just hold onto hope for a little while longer
