I found Old Radio Detective Shows, during the Lock Down. The Show, " 21st Precinct " was my first obsession, next was Dragnet, then Johnny Dollar.

This is not going to help you in any way, but this is how I found your Channel. Here locally in Atlanta, there's an FM station that played (When Radio Was) all day on Sundays on its HD Signal. And for about a year, I got used to listening to it when I was working on my car or truck. And then the radio station got new management and they switched radio formats. So I just started looking on KZbin for the radio shows that they regularly aired. Like Johnny Dollar, x minus one, escape, Night beat, and Ray Bradbury.

I found you 12 years ago on maybe an app search? I remember giving you a chance because Bogart was your thumbnail and i thought...oh maybe that's a sign...i love Bogart and ive been a listener ever since...i will say I run in two other OTR youtube streams and im always shocked how many never heard of you on youtube...why they arent getting suggested your channel is beyond me because i would think they would be😢

Yeah, I don't like The Bickersons either. The radio sitcoms don't seem to hold up as well. Other than Jack Benny and Burns and Allen, I really love a day in the life of Dennis Day, which I just discovered. So well written and Dennis is really underrated as an actor; a really awesome cast of supporting actors too. Joan Davis's show is rather amusing especially gushing over the unfortunately but largely forgotten pop singer, Andy Russel. It doesn't appear there are that many available. Let's see... I've been listening 9 or 10 months. There's so many channels here on YT broadcasting radio. At that time the line up was Sam Spade, Casey Crime Photographer, Mr. Chameleon, Philco, Johnny $$$, Tales of the Texas Ranger. Oh, The Man called X was somewhere in there too. I was looking to expand from my repertoire of Richard Diamond, The Whistler and Light's out. So I wanted to see how Diamond compared to other detectives of the same era.

If you liked A Day in the Life of Dennis Day, you might like the Alan Young Show. I've heard all of Alan Young and just an episode or two of A Day in the Life of Dennis Day, and I thought that show was like Alan Young, only with a musical number.
