ممثّلة مصريّة مخضرمة ساهمت في أهمّ الأعمال السينمائية المصرية والدراما التلفزيونية وعملت مع أهمّ المخرجين. حصدت، وما تزال، جوائز عديدة كأفضل ممثلة خلال مسيرتها الفنية. وقد عُيّنت في العام ٢٠٠٦ سفيرة النّوايا الحسنة لبرنامج الأمم المتّحدة الإنمائي.

Yousra is an Egyptian actress and singer. Yousra is a glamorous icon for the Middle East and an influential voice in the region. A very important milestone in Yousra’s career was working with the famous Egyptian director Youssef Chahine. She has made a number of the serial television dramas popular during Ramadan. Yousra has received over 50 awards in recognition for her work as a UNDP goodwill ambassador. Moreover, the Coptic Orphans, non-profit organization founded in 1989 and based in Merrifield, Virginia, has thanked Yousra for contributing her time and effort in helping the children. Yousra also received an Honorary Doctorate of fine arts from the American University in Cairo.
