It's about a great Senegalese King called Birima who characterized his reign with flamboyant celebrations with dance and music,which endeared in the hearts of the people. This led to the prominence of the griot singers,ancient storytellers in the Cayor kingdom of Senegal. Birima was the older Brother of Lat Dior,another magnificent ancient leader of Senegal. Great song! I call is music for all time. Amazing stuff!! God bless Senegal,God bless Africa!
